At WheelSetGo, we strive to get you the correct items, every time. Depending on the circumstances, returns for certain products are accepted. Here are our return policies to help you understand and navigate the process.
Most products available through WheelSetGo are returnable provided they meet the following conditions: the items are not mounted and balanced; the items are returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and parts; the items are returned in new and unused condition.

Initiating A Return
To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product and must be received back to WheelSetGo within 45 days of receiving the product. When shipping the return, this return authorization number must be clearly labeled on the package. Items returned without a return authorization number are not eligible for refund.
Restocking Fees
All products eligible for return require a 25% restocking fee. These items qualify for a refund, less the restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs, when returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and parts in new and unused condition.

All shipments over $75 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure items are received safely. If a customer is unable to arrange for signature and the shipment is auto-returned to WheelSetGo, the restocking fee policy shown above will apply. If you have questions or concerns about this, please call prior to placing your order.
*** Product financed through PayTomorrow requires the return restocking fee and all non-returnable items to be paid before the return authorization can be completed. ***
Katapult Financed Orders
Orders placed using Katapult lease-to-own services through PayTomorrow are subject to WheelSetGo's Terms & Conditions as well as all standard return processes outlined in the WheelSetGo Return & Cancellation Policy as amended to include the following provisions:
- All products may be returned but must be in new and unused condition. Returns must include original packaging, paperwork, and parts in new and unused condition.
- For package purchases (pre-mounted and balanced sets), you are responsible for test fitting before driving; once the wheel / tire assemblies have been mounted on your vehicle the product is considered used and not eligible for return.
- If guaranteed delivery was purchased, that item / service is considered "used" upon all physical items being successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with the order — and/or — is considered "used" if a guaranteed delivery case was previously opened for the order.
- All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee in addition to original outgoing and return shipping expenses as well as the cost of guaranteed delivery (if applicable).
- Returns must use WheelSetGo shipping method(s) and supplied shipping labels.
- The return restocking fee, all shipping-related expenses, and the cost of guaranteed delivery (if applicable) must be paid upfront before WheelSetGo will provide the return authorization.

Return Procedure
- Contact WheelSetGo at help@wheelsetgo.com to receive a Return Authorization Number, return shipping address, and detailed return instructions.
- Clearly write and/or attach the Return Authorization Number on the package and ship to the address specified.
- Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or WheelSetGo error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If opting to return product using your own return shipping provider, WheelSetGo must be provided with the tracking information so we can monitor the shipping status of the return.
- Upon the receipt of the returned product, the manufacturer/vendor may take approximately 10-15 business days to issue your credit to WheelSetGo.
- After WheelSetGo receives credit for the successful return of the product, we will initiate the refund on the original method of payment. The order will be credited the purchase price, less restocking fees and any non-refundable items. WheelSetGo will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
Refusing Delivery of Your Order
For non-mounted and non-balanced items - if you choose to refuse delivery of your order after we have already fulfilled and shipped the product, you are responsible for restocking fees, return shipping costs, and any non-refundable items. This will be deducted from your refund.
For items mounted and balanced by WheelSetGo - if you choose to refuse delivery of your order after we have already mounted, balanced, fulfilled, and shipped the product, a refund will not be issued. If you wish for these items to be re-shipped to you, you will be responsible for all applicable shipping costs.
For damaged or incorrect items – you should accept delivery of the product. This allows us to help you in the most efficient way possible. If you refuse delivery of a product you feel is damaged or incorrect, without first contacting WheelSetGo, we must wait for that product to arrive back to our facility or to the original shipping warehouse before a resolution can be determined.
Defective Items
For non-mounted and non-balanced items…
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, WheelSetGo will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged product. To obtain the return shipping label, follow the above return procedure. Keep in mind, certain defects such as minor scratches or scuffs to the backside of a wheel that will not be visible after installation are normal; these are not considered defective, as manufacturers do not fully finish this area of a wheel and in most cases do not protect it for transit. Any damages or defects must be reported to WheelSetGo prior to installation and within 48 hours of receiving your products.

In cases where wheels or tires are deemed potentially "out of round", these claims will need to be validated by using a Hunter Road Force balancing system. In these situations, the customer will need to provide WheelSetGo with a printout of a run-out test, the road-force number, and the lateral and radial variance. Unfortunately, laser balancing machines and / or a visual inspection of movement is not a valid or accurate assessment of a wheel or tire being defective. WheelSetGo strongly encourages all customers to have wheels and tires installed only with Hunter Road Force equipment. See the link below to find an installer near you. For mounted and balanced items where WheelSetGo provided the service…
If you receive a broken or defective wheel / tire assembly that was mounted and balanced by WheelSetGo, we will require proof of damage or defect. The manner of proof is dependent on the type of damage or defect reported.
Keep in mind, certain defects such as minor scratches or scuffs to the backside of a wheel that will not be visible after installation are normal; these are not considered defective, as manufacturers do not fully finish this area of a wheel. Any damages or defects must be reported to WheelSetGo prior to final vehicle installation and within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Situations where evidence supports a broken or defective wheel / tire assembly may be resolved through a variety of means and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Products
The cost of guaranteed delivery is non-refundable if one or more items in your order have already been delivered and/or entered the shipping process.
Custom products, including but not limited to custom drilled and custom painted items, are not returnable. In the case of manufacturer defect or WheelSetGo error, exceptions may apply.
Wheels and tires that are physically mounted and balanced together, whether by WheelSetGo or any other service shop, are not returnable. In the case of manufacturer defect or WheelSetGo error, exceptions may apply.
Certain brands or discount products are not eligitable for return or exchange, including:
- American Force Wheels
- American Design Factory (ADF) Wheels
- Diamond Back Tires
- Blowout Pricing Items
Holiday Returns
WheelSetGo extends the eligible return period from 30 to 60 days on orders placed between “Black Friday” (the Friday following Thanksgiving) and Dec 24th. All other standard return policies and procedures apply.
Canceling Your Order
If you ordered incorrectly or decide you do not want to proceed with an order you already placed, you must call 320-247-6160 or email sales@wheelsetgo.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to help.
Please remember, WheelSetGo strives to provide industry-leading processing times on all orders. If your order has already been entered into our order fulfillment system, mounted and balanced, placed for shipment, is already on the delivery truck, is in transit for delivery, or has already been delivered, we cannot cancel or modify your order. If we are unable to stop your order from being processed and you would still like to return your purchase, certain circumstances must be met and return shipping costs and restocking fees will apply.
Additional Disclosures
Authorized items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. Items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and a refund will not be issued. It is highly recommended that all products be test fitted prior to installing as we cannot accept return of products that have been installed and therefore used.
WheelSetGo will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use, nor reimburse labor charges or installation fees, under any circumstances.
The customer is responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt of the items. WheelSetGo must be notified of any incorrectly received products or shipping damage prior to installation on your vehicle and within 48 hours of receiving the products. If notified after installation, WheelSetGo cannot accept a return on any damaged or incorrectly received items. As with any vehicle part, WheelSetGo cannot account for variations in vehicles due to age or customization, occasionally minor modifications may be necessary to ensure correct fitment.
